I See You - I.C.U.

I See You - I.C.U. Intensive Care Unit

I see you and I want to help you.
I could give you money, I could give you food.  I could give you clothes, I could put you in a hotel room for the night, or I could take you home and bring you under my roof and take care of your every need.

I could give you a fish or I could teach you how to catch your own fish and give you the tools to catch more fish than you can eat.

I could show you how to clean them, cook them, market them, sell them, open your own restaurant as I am well versed in all of those disciplines.

Yes, it does require time, commitment, money and what some would call "luck", but I don't believe in luck, or chance.  I believe in purpose.

There's nothing more I would love to see; my fellow neighbors, citizens, Americans, everyone for that matter; happy, healthy, not hungry and not homeless, living their best life.

Wouldn't it be great to be laughing, smiling and experiencing true joy, success and happiness?

There would be no need for drugs and alcohol to "dull the pain" of our own bad decisions.

Truth is even the most blessed, positive person in the world has bad days.  Life is tough, but it doesn't have to be.

What's the secret? To tell you the truth, it's not a secret.  I call it being deceived.

Yes, we've all been lied to, mislead and deceived so much so that the truth is hidden right in front of us.

We have become blind to the truth because of the lies and deception that runs rampant in the world we live in.

The challenge is finding the truth, believing it is the truth, so that you can use the information to completely transform your life.

It is a choice, a decision, a change of perspective you have to believe to see.

If you don't use the information, you can continue living as you are, unchanged.  As always, you have choices, so choose wisely.

A good rule of thumb is to choose the right choice, the best choice for all parties concerned, always.  It's just a great practice.

Another challenge is that there are so many choices in life, so many variables in every human beings creation that every individual, even twins, are unique.

There is no other you in the world, you are a one of a kind.  Regardless of when, where, who, or what we were born into; the solution remains the same for everyone.

We all must make choices and those choices good or bad, all choices have consequences.

Are you happy with how life is going for you? Do you want change? If you truly want change, the only one that can change anyone is oneself.

The individual must decide they want to be changed for the better or for the worst or we can coast along and see what life determines for us.

Again it's your life, your choices, your reward for your choices be they good or bad.

I understand, sometimes it's not just our choices that affect our decisions as it may be outside circumstances we have no control over that created the current challenges we face.  Tragedy can strike at any moment.

Knowing it is also our choice to choose how we respond to diverse circumstances.  Perspective is everything; let us take a closer look at this concept.

Perspective starts from the point of knowing who you are, what your purpose is, and why you exist.  If you don't know who or why you are, your perspective will be distorted.  My hope with this Intensive Care Unit is to restore your soul to new life.  Redeemed, restored, renewed!

I see you, I want to help you.

I want to give you something more precious than gold, money, food, or shelter.  It's better than sex, drugs and alcohol.  It's been called "The Highest of Highs", and I believe that to be the truth.

Are you ready? Here's the truth.

You are a creation of the creator of this world.  Yes, God Almighty, the Great "I Am", the King of Kings created you.

Did you know you are “created for God's pleasure”, for relationship through the Holy Spirit in Christ with God?

It's hard to believe, I know.  It doesn't change the fact that it is the absolute truth.

Not my words, God's Word.  He said it about you. He said it about me. He told me to tell you.  Believe it or not, it's still the truth as God cannot lie.
